In this video Joy Ross speaks with Sophie Thomas at the Paul Sartori Foundation in Haverfordwest, Wales about completing her Advance Care Plan.

Joy has been a volunteer with the Paul Sartori Foundation for about 10 years. She currently works in one of the charity’s shops as well as volunteering with their Advance Care Plan project. Her interests include politics, gardening, walking and creative writing

Joy says: “I try to be philosophical about life and death – I believe that we should make the most of every day whilst accepting that death is inevitable, both for ourselves and those we love.”
