In this video Chris Taylor speaks with Sophie Thomas at the Paul Sartori Foundation in Haverfordwest, Wales about completing his Advance Care Plan.

Chris is 78 years old, and has been retired for 18 years and enjoys every minute. He keeps himself very busy –his diary is a nightmare. He has been happily married for 56 years and his interests include walking, sailing, skiing, DIY and cycling. He likes helping in some small ways in the community, and has been a volunteer with the Paul Sartori Foundation since early 2016.
